  Meh. Feels like I'm at the airport with all its travel stresses instead of mellowly awaiting a tire rotation. I usually avoid this place at all costs because. . . Even the cream cheese "spread" is that impersonal and cold. No real comfort here. The staff is friendly and efficient and their is finally an alternative to the hormone disrupter soy milk and watery almond milk! Yay coconut milk! The bagel is so 3/10. Coffees fine though it always makes me sad to see their usual crowd without their own cups. Ugh no more single use crap. How many Starbucks plastic cups are in the garbage patch I wonder.
  
  Oh yeah and the tables are always dirty just like the airport

  Worst Starbucks. Just take some extra time to go to another one.
  The staff is unfriendly & constantly scowling. You can't even ask a question without a snarky reply.
  Mobile ordering also takes way longer than any other Starbucks I've ever been to.
  It starts from the top. Anytime I've seen the manager in there she isn't friendly to customers & gets overwhelmed the second she has to multitask.
  
  I've officially given up on this location.

  Not a great location in terms of getting into the place easily but fairly convenient. If you plan to come in the mornings I would do a mobile order as it gets pretty busy. I usually spend between 10-15 minutes waiting on 1 drink so I would plan accordingly. My most recent visit was a frown turned upside down I would say.
  
  I got my drink after shockingly waiting for less than 5 minutes. But when I went to put a straw in somehow my cup got a hole at the bottom. Coffee was everywhere. However, the staff was very accommodating and gave me another drink for free! I will say staff will always make sure your drink it made right and will adjust to your liking. I love how friendly the staff is. This location feels more like a local coffee shop and not just another chain store

  We've been going to this location since it opened and we love the staff who are friendly and the place is clean. However we've been disappointed for the past few months with our coffee being wrong more than right and often times the mornings are very busy and yet they don't seem to be staffed sufficiently. I see long lines for walk in customers as well as mobile customers and yet they have 1 Barista, 1 person working the register!! Then there's not getting the coffee right. Today we went to get our first Pumpkin spice lattes which were done via mobile order. I asked for extra hot, which they were not, light foam and light whip. We each had a sip and left frustrated. The photos of our cup show the disappointment!!! We each had a sip! This is what we saw when we got home! Yep $4.95 each. I don't want a gift card or have to wait for it to be remade. I want it made right the first time.

  My coffee took 20 minutes to make. They messed up all the orders ahead of me and it was a mess. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
